My Story
Our Mission


I’m Paul Collin.
I’ve spent my career in schools, working at every level of leadership. I’ve led through challenge, change, and growth. I’ve made difficult decisions, held responsibility for others, and experienced both the privilege and pressure that leadership brings.
Alongside the visible role, I’ve also known the quieter realities of leadership:
The weight of decision-making
The isolation that can come with responsibility
The constant tension between care, accountability, and impact
Develop2Teach was born from this experience.
Not from theory. Not from trends. But from practice and from a belief that leaders deserve space to think, reflect, and lead sustainably.
To support leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and integrity, without losing themselves in the process.
This is not about performance alone.
It’s about helping leaders:
Think clearly in complexity
Lead with purpose rather than pressure
Build cultures that are sustainable, not exhausting

We believe clarity comes before action
Most leadership challenges are not about effort, but about thinking. When leaders have space to think well, better decisions follow.
We believe sustainable leadership matters
Burnout is not a badge of honour. Strong leadership is measured over time, not in short-term intensity.
We believe leaders don't need fixing
Leaders don’t come to this work broken. They come carrying responsibility. Our role is not to tell leaders who to be, but to help them become more fully themselves.
We believe leadership should feel human
Honest conversation. Thoughtful challenge. Calm presence. Leadership should feel grounded, not performative.
We believe leadership is relational
Leadership is not a role you perform, it’s a relationship you hold. With people. With values. With yourself.
